As a coach, you can manually reset your students’ password. This can be done if your student forgets his/her password. To do this, go to the “Academy” section, and click ‘Reset Password’ for the student you want to reset the password:
In the pop-up that appears, you can type their new password.
When checked “Require a change of password in the next sign-in”
When the option “Require a change of password in the next sign-in” is checked, as shown above, the new password that you give to them while resetting password is temporary. The students can further change their password to something unique on their next sign-in.
After they login to the platform, they will see the following pop-up:
Under ‘Current Password’, your students will type the password you reset for them. And they can change it to something else in the next two fields: ‘New Password’ and ‘Re-Type New Password’.
Finally, when they click ‘Confirm’, they will be redirected to the login page. Now they can login to the platform with their new password:
When NOT checked “Require a change of password in the next sign-in”
When the option “Require a change of password in the next sign-in” is NOT checked, as shown above, the student won’t be prompted to change their password on their next sign-in. They will have the same password that you reset for them, unless they manually change their password.
