Requirement for the job role
- (0-3) years experience
- Manage client portfolios and prospects
- Passion for chess and technology ( Good if you have a FIDE Rating but not mandatory)
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
- Mediate between the customer and the organization
- Handle and resolve complaints/queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organised and multi-task
- Should be a great communicator and team player
