This article explains how to convert your leads into members (academy students). To know learn about leads and their details, click here.
You can convert a lead by clicking the “Convert Lead” option in the Actions column of the “Leads” tab.
1) Prerequisite
Before you can convert a lead into a member, please ensure that you have enough “Active Seats” available. You can check this in the “Academy” module, as explained here. This is because the converted lead will become a part of your academy, therefore one seat will be allocated to them.
If you don’t have enough active seats available, you will see the following error message:
2) Convert Lead
After clicking on “Convert Lead“, you will see the following message:
Click “Proceed” to confirm the process of lead conversion.
Below is an example:
3) Converted Leads
You can find all the converted leads in the “Converted” tab:
In the above example, we converted the lead named Sam.
4) Converted Lead becomes Member of the Academy
Because the converted lead becomes a member of your academy, you can find the converted lead in the “Students” tab of the Academy section:
Therefore, they will be treated as any other student from your academy from now on.
