You can allow illegal moves during the class using the “Toggle Illegal” tool. This comes in handy when you want to teach a beginner how pieces move or when you want to illustrate a plan by making moves for only White/Black.
To enable this tool, press the ‘i‘ key or click the icon shown below:
Below you can see an example of a plan being illustrated for the White side using the toggle illegal tool – only White moves are made.
Below is another example of illustrating how a piece moves using the toggle illegal tool:
Press the ‘i’ key or click the icon again to disable toggle illegal.
