1) Logging in as a Coach

After logging into the platform, you will see the following home screen:

Click on the “Academy” icon to create your own virtual academy.

2) Creating Your Virtual Academy

Give your academy a name and a short name (which will be used as a prefix for creating students’ usernames). Below is an example:

3) Open Incognito Window in Browser for Student Login

Now open an incognito window in your browser (we recommend that you use Chrome for best experience) to login as a student. At the top right, click More   New Incognito Window.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window (learn more about Incognito window – LINK):

• Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + N.

4) Student Login

In the above example, your students will have their usernames as eca_1, eca_2, and so on. Their default password will be ‘eca‘ which they can change.

After the student logs in, he/she will see the following pop-up to change their firstname and lastname:

5) Student Changing Firstname and Lastname

Once clicked on the “Go To Preferences” in the above pop-up (or by clicking on the “Settings” icon in the home screen), the student can change his/her firstname and lastname.

After changing the name, let’s say to ‘Student ABC’ for example, and clicked ‘OK’ to save, it will be shown in the Coach login under Academy –> Students
