Online classes conducted in the Chesslang platform will automatically have the attendance details synced. However, you can further edit its attendance if needed.
To edit the attendance record for an online/offline class, click the “Edit Attendance” button across the class name:
If it’s an online class, it will already have the attendance details from the Classlang platform which can be overwritten. If it’s an offline class, the attendance record will be empty.
Simply mark Present/Absent/NA for the students
How the attendance will affect student’s payment plan?
- Present – the class will be counted towards the student’s active payment plan
- Absent– the class will be counted towards the student’s active payment plan
- NA – the class will NOT be counted towards the student’s active payment plan
For example, if a student is in a 8-class payment plan and is marked “Absent”, one class will be deducted and the student will have only 7 classes left.
